General Terms:

Thrustfluence reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time, at its sole discretion. If Thrustfluence makes any changes, it will notify Users at the email address provided by each User, and it will post any such changes here. Your continued use of Thrustfluence after posting of an amended agreement constitutes your acceptance of any such modified terms.

  • By using Thrustfluence, you automatically agree to these Terms, so you should first read them carefully. If you don’t wish to accept all Terms then please don’t use our service. Thrustfluence is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook or any Instagram third-party partners in any way.

  • It is your sole responsibility to comply with Instagram rules and any legislation that you are subject to. You use Thrustfluence at your own risk.
  • Thrustfluence may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
  • As long as User has a Paid Subscription to Thrustfluence, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, User shall have an account manager that will help growth their account for the valid dates of User’s Paid Subscription. From time to time, Thrustfluence may change, modify, or upgrade the functionality or appearance of Thrustfluence, which may include the removal of functionality, content, or integrations. Thrustfluence will be down at certain points for maintenance and upgrades. Thrustfluence offers discounts to clients with over 10 accounts at pro-rated tiers based on the number of accounts and the specific discounted range. Thrustfluence does not and cannot guarantee that User will have continual access or that any particular content will be distributed to the Social Media Platforms.
  • We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences. We are not to blame if your Instagram account is banned for any reason.
  • Thrustfluence will only be used for promotional purposes for your account and pictures on Instagram.
  • Thrustfluence does not guarantee that your new followers will interact with your future uploads, we simply guarantee that your account manager will target accounts based on the targeted instructions you provide.
  • You will not upload anything into the Thrustfluence including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram community.
  • We can’t guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of the services.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the client to provide updated passwords to Thrustfluence during their use of the Thrustfluence service.
  • Any downtime of service in relation to a client not providing their current password will not result in any payment reimbursement for that period of time.
  • You agree that upon purchasing our service, that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing, and will not file a fraudulent dispute via the payment processor used
  • Clients on the Standard or Premium growth plans are responsive for adding and update their target list via the Thrustfluence targeting form during their use of the Thrustfluence service. Any downtime of service in relation to a client not adding new targets will not result in any payment reimbursement for that period of time.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of our service or any of its content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.
  • Cancellation form must be completed five days in advance of next bill date to avoid next months charge.
  • Cancellation form must be completed in order to stop all activity on the account and discontinue billing.
  • It is your sole responsibility to check whether the Terms have changed.
  • By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
  • You agree by ordering or accepting this agreement that you are at least 13 years of age.
  • Thrustfluence is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram.
  • Thrustfluence will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. Thrustfluence makes no guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied for the services we provide. Since Thrustfluence uses the internet to deliver services, we cannot guarantee uptime or availability of our website.
